Need a space for your event?
In addition to our own events, we also offer you the opportunity to use the Kopfbau with the red and blue salon in Building B (on Campus WH) for your own events. We explain here how you can book the room and what you need to bear in mind:
1) General info about the event
In order to reserve the Kopfbau, we first need general information about your event. Please use our contact form above under “Get in touch now” and answer the following points in full:
- Event date and period
- What is the rental purpose?
- Is your event open to the public or closed?
- How many participants are planned? (Maximum number is 50)
- Please also provide further information such as:
- What exactly is planned?
- How are you organizing?
- Do you need anything else?
2) Conclude loan agreement
In the next step, we ask you to fill out and sign the loan agreement below and send it to wache.wh@htw-berlin.de and a copy (CC) to asta-kultur@students-htw.de. Please indicate a second person who is studying at the HTW as the contact person of the organizer during the event on site.
At the end of your event, the rooms must be left clean and in their original condition. By sending the signed contract to the Wache and AStA Kultur, the Kopfbau is reserved for you.
For technical matters, please contact the technology committee. For financial support, you can contact your Fachschaftsrat (FSR). If you contact the AStA, get advice from AStA Finance. They will explain the application process for financial support.
