The General Students’ Committee (AStA) of HTW Berlin is looking for a motivated student assistant (m/f/d) to support our University Sports department.
Your Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with the University Sports department of HTW Berlin
- Informing and advising students on the university sports offerings at HTW
- Actively promoting the university sports program at both campuses (Treskowallee and Wilhelminenhof)
- Planning, preparing, and implementing promotional measures in coordination with the Head of University Sports
- Supporting the organisation and booking of HTW sports programs
- Written and verbal correspondence with interested parties and participants in close coordination with the Head of University Sports
Requirements
- Understanding of the needs of people who engage in sports
- Enthusiasm and interest in supporting university sports
- Flexibility, creativity, and team spirit
- Confident manner and good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with common PC applications
- Reliability, flexibility, and initiative
- Assertiveness
Scope and Benefits
- 40 hours per month
- Remuneration: €14.32/hour (according to TV Stud III)
